The Mortgage Market Sales Manager is responsible for managing the sales and application process. This position is accountable for providing leadership and coaching to Mortgage and Branch origination staff in a local market.  This position is responsible for meeting monthly and annual sales goals. Target compensation: Annual Base Salary of $60k -$75k + Commission (dependent on market and performance). Total potential annual earnings of $100k - $200k.

Provide individualized, highly strategic investment consulting to members of ICCU. Work with advisors in the wealth department to develop ongoing financial planning with member focus to help accomplish their goals. Partner with a skilled team on credit and other financial services to offer a full array of solutions to the members and prospects.

The primary area of responsibility is to support the ICCU network and VoIP systems through operational tasks and troubleshooting issues. This role performs high quality support work, customer service, and interacts between all areas of IT and the business as necessary.
