The DNA Applications Analyst position is responsible for maintaining mission-critical systems uptime, stability, daily/nightly batch processing, and daily issue resolution. This will be accomplished by completing daily operational processes, assisting in system updates, testing/coordinating new feature rollouts, and identifying new opportunities within the application to meet Credit Union growth and strategic goals.   *This position can be located in Meridian or Chubbuck*

To perform Member Service Specialist duties at  the Credit Union located within High School locations. To provide service to members involving the receipt and disbursement of funds. Promotes and cross sells Credit Union services. Ensures member satisfaction through courteous, accurate, and efficient service. You must currently attend Thunder Ridge High School in order to be considered for this position.

The primary area of responsibility is to support the ICCU network and Unified Communications systems through operational tasks and troubleshooting issue. This role performs high quality support work, customer service, and interacts between all areas of IT and the business as necessary. ***This position can be based out of Chubbuck, ID or Meridian, ID.***
