The Mortgage Market Sales Manager is responsible for managing the sales and application process. This position is accountable for providing leadership and coaching to Mortgage and Branch origination staff in a local market.  This position is responsible for meeting monthly and annual sales goals. Target compensation: Annual Base Salary of $60k -$75k + Commission (dependent on market and performance). Total potential annual earnings of $100k - $200k.

Responsible for identifying risk management strategies, handling policy renewals, and identifying sales opportunities for insurance plans in both life and health. Provide individualized, highly strategic investment consulting to members of ICCU. Work with advisors in the wealth department to develop ongoing financial planning with member focus to help accomplish their goals.
