The Member Contact Center Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and coaching of a team of 10-20 Member Contact Center Agents. Ensure member service standards are met by providing great experiences for every member. Responsible for coaching agent performance and meeting all key performance indicators.

The IT Core Team Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and technical direction and support to the core enterprise applications. This position will maintain a high level of systems availability and ensure Core system operations are executed properly and on time. The position is fundamental in identifying, recommending, implementing, and supporting technology solutions. The position will lead teams in diagnosing and resolving complex technology issues and requires the application of thoughtful analysis and independent judgment. This position works closely with all departments throughout the organization.
