Perform an in-depth analysis of a borrower’s qualifications to make a lending decision within the credit unions risk tolerance.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred. 0-2 years lending experience preferred but not required. Good communication and interpersonal skills. General knowledge of lending policies. Ability to always maintain confidentiality of Credit Union and member records.
Performance Standards:
Ability to deal with pressured situations in a professional manner. Professional in appearance, attitude, and verbal communication. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.
