Overview

Provide business analysis, project management and implementation, system ownership and, vendor management for the Card Services business line.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects under the direction of the Operations leadership
  • Develop and implement process improvements to satisfy business unit functions and goals
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Idaho Central teams and 3rd party vendors to implement solutions that satisfy card related business needs while maintaining a vision for future opportunities
  • Work directly with departments within the organization to determine card and ATM related business requirements, and make effective recommendations
  • Prepare and present card related business case/requirement proposals and create project roadmaps that include project scope, schedule, resources, budget, and risks for the credit union
  • Manage multiple tasks and small projects concurrently in a fast-paced work environment
  • Understand, implement, and enforce visa regulations and Payment Card Industry standards
  • Write technical policies, procedures, and documentation for card related systems/applications implemented including user guides, troubleshooting guides, etc.
  • Additional projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree required, preferably in Business. 3 - 5 years' business experience required. Ability to work with and communicate with all Credit Union personnel in the various departments. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities. Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Project management and technical background preferred, but not required. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of the Credit Union and member records at all times.

 

Performance Standard:

 

Professional in appearance, attendance, quality, and quantity of work performed. Ability to work under pressure and through conflicting situations.

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.).
  • Sit for extended periods of time.
  • Lift 20-40 pounds of applicable supplies including but not limited to copy paper, cash drawers, marketing material, etc.
  • Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers.
  • Reach keyboards.
  • Must operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).
