Overview

The Marketing Operations Analyst will design, implement, and manage automated marketing campaigns using a digital marketing platform. They will develop data strategies for audience segmentation and personalized marketing, ensuring data quality and accuracy across platforms. The analyst will assist in tracking campaign performance, integrating the digital marketing platform with other systems, and troubleshooting system issues to ensure smooth marketing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the digital marketing automation software and services.
  • Execute and assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  •  Assist with recurring website personalization strategy and placement.
  •  Assist with developing, testing, and the implementation of new digital marketing solutions and marketing automations.
  •  Analyze service performance within the digital marketing software and assist with end user engagement data.
  •  Work with vendors and partners to organize and execute new digital marketing services and projects.
  •  Watch for, and present leadership information on emerging technologies and digital marketing trends.
  •  Monitor competitor strategies.
  •  Represent the Credit Union at community events as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in web development, Marketing, or related field. 1-5 years of experience with a knowledge of Digital Marketing Strategies, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its services and features in addition to the Salesforce CRM platforms, including Service Cloud. HTML/CSS, PHP, SQL, JavaScript, website analytics, content marketing and digital advertising. Effective UX/UI design skills and CRM experience a plus. Math skills, Secondary-level computer knowledge including Microsoft Office. Good written, oral communication, and multi-tasking skills. Ability to always maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records.

 

Performance Standard:

A demonstrated cooperative and positive attitude toward members and other Credit Union staff. Professional in appearance, attendance, quality, and quantity of work performed. Ability to analyze member needs, develop, and coordinate marketing activities to fit member needs with Credit Union products and services. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union. Team member will be asked to work extended/unique hours.

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.).
  • Sit for extended periods of time.
  • Lift 20-40 pounds of applicable supplies including but not limited to copy paper, cash drawers, marketing material, etc.
  • Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers.
  • Reach keyboards.
  • Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).
