The Private Banking Relationship Officer is primarily responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing high net worth members. This position is accountable for deposit, loan and revenue growth as well as referral business to other areas of the Credit Union. The position is responsible for understanding complex estates, trusts, custom credit solutions and comprehensive wealth management strategies. Responsible for conducting holistic reviews of members’ financial situations and working closely with members to address their unique needs in estate planning, and specialized credit requirements. This role demands a high degree of technical expertise, strong member relationship skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide integrated, strategic solutions.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. (professional certifications such as CPB encouraged but not required) Minimum 9 or more years of work experience in Private Client banking, Trust or investment management and at least 5 years in a sales role. Ability to work under pressure and in an organized manner. Excellent communication and people skills. Proven track record of managing high-net-worth members with experience in providing sophisticated, personalized financial advice.

Must be professional and courteous in manner, with a focus on attendance, quality and quantity of work performed. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.
