Overview

Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and connections of all Idaho Central Credit Union’s Training Systems including Salesforce, DNA, Consumer Central, and CCM systems. This Information Technology Training Systems admin will work closely with the Training Department as well as the IT teams responsible for these technical systems to ensure connections are stable, tested, reconnected after refreshments and upgrades and help with tests to ensure all pieces of the connections are properly restored and functioning.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of all Training System refreshes and upgrades, to ensure that all connections are tested and restored afterwards.
  • Creating and maintaining Checklists for pre and post refreshes and upgrades so that crucial pieces of connections are not missed.
  • Creating, building, maintaining workflows, alerts, emails, pages, and user maintenance that have to do with Training Systems and providing communication to involved teams
  • Responsible for internal communication on all Training systems i.e. bug fixes and new features.
  • Support the Training environment roadmap by successfully configuring new features and system enhancements while coordinating with the Training Department.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance Analyst(s) to ensure system changes occur with minimal risk to Idaho Central Credit Union and our members and then coordinate to roll these changes out to Training environments
  • Review Regularly all training environments to ensure they are kept up to date to match production environments.
  • Work with eCommerce Product Manager, Salesforce development team, DNA Core Team, Consumer Central and CCM teams to implement enhancements as necessary.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative development environment requiring close coordination with other system application admins as well as developers.
  • Quarterback coordination among many systems and updates
  • Help the Credit Union achieve growth objectives by ensuring all training systems are configured for maximum effectiveness.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, (or related field) required
  • 0-5 years’ experience with relevant systems preferred such as Salesforce and Fiserv/DNA
  • Salesforce Admin certification or commitment to certify within 1 year of employment
  • Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours
  • CompTIA Server+ preferred, but not required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as part of a project team in a cooperative effort
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities with limited direction.

Broad knowledge of hardware, software, and programs. Ability to learn quickly, contribute to a team effort and work on multiple, time-critical projects simultaneously. Logical, process-oriented thinker with a natural sense of urgency. Good interpersonal and client-handling skills with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical details. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.).
  • Sit for extended periods of time.
  • Lift 20-40 pounds of applicable supplies including but not limited to copy paper, cash drawers, marketing material, etc.
  • Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers.
  • Reach keyboards.
  • Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).
