Develop and administer secondary market initiatives. Help manage, hire, train and develop new and existing Mortgage Secondary team members. In addition, manage team workflow and help with daily workflow.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field required. 3-5 years of experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to always maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records.

A demonstrated cooperative and positive attitude towards members and other Credit Union staff. Dedicated to serving our internal team members and holding team members accountable for the Credit Union’s service standard. Be able to diagnose and solve complex problems.
