The Wealth Operations Supervisor has the responsibility to work with and support wealth specialists to maintain compliance and effieciencies in the planning and trading for member’s accounts. Collaborates across teams, functions, and regions to provide superior member service and operational expertise. Must demonstrate strict adherence to risk and control policies, a strong sense of teamwork, proactive and collaborative problem solving skills, relationship management skills, strong communication and time management skills.     



  • Help maintain and train the IDC Wealth Planning Process with Advisors.
  • Maintain shared folders with up to date info for process.
  • Make changes as necessary to enhance processes.
  • Maintain training and marketing material around process.
  • Audit planning usage per advisor and per member (Moneyguide).
  • Calls with Broker Dealer (BD) to maintain consistent approach with all team members and BD.
  • High level of operational efficiencies while maintaining internal controls.
  • Coordinate with BD to maintain Client Relationship Management tool (CRM, Salesforce).
  • Audit Wealth advisor CRM activity.
  • Provide information around CRM usage.
  • Build appropriate CRM reports and make sure consistent integration.
  • Monitoring of current road map projects with BD.
  • Analyzes departments’ statistical performance to identify and recommend opportunities for improvement. 
  • Assists in preparation of business plans, budgets and goal setting.
  • Transition management for new advisors.
  • Work with BD to maintain consistence transition support. 
  • Support with marketing for new advisor.
  • Support new account set up.
  • Support with transfer of new accounts.  
  • Build and set up computer and complete profile including CRM.
  • Train on how to and where to find planning process information.
  • Support Administration Assistants.
  • Technical liaison and trainer for administrative assistants.
  • Support day to day operations with BD and Annuity Carriers.
  • Help with complex account opening.
  • Help coordinate special projects.
  • Help manage monthly reports.
  • Other duties as assigned


Bachelor's degree in relevant field required. 5+ years’ experience required. Life, Series 7 and 66 licenses. Experience in a financial environment preferred.

Must maintain a high standard of work ethic and relationship with members and team members. Highly self-motivated, creative, goal oriented and results driven.  Professional in appearance, attendance, quality, and quantity of work performed. Ability to work under pressure and through conflicting



Physical Requirements:

  • Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.).
  • Sit for extended periods of time.
  • Lift 20-40 pounds of applicable supplies including but not limited to copy paper, cash drawers, marketing material, etc.
  • Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers.
  • Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).
