As a Dealer Relationship Officer your primary objective is to make sales calls and presentation to dealerships on a regular basis to develop a long-term relatonship.




  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the auto and RV dealerships in the designated area.
  2. Handle issues between the dealerships and Idaho Central Credit Union quickly and in a professional manner.
  3. Report on the success of your dealerships and the efforts you are making to grow business with those dealers.
  4. Work closely with the buy center to communicate specials and staffing changes that happen at the dealerships.
  5. Research and develop new dealerships.
  6. Assist other Business Development team members when needed.


Excellent communication skills which includes presentations and sales experience. Bachelor’s Degree preferred in marketing or related field. Professional appearance, Credit Union service/product knowledge, independent, self-directed worker. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records at all times. Professional in appearance, attendance, quality, and quantity of work performed. Knowledge of all Credit Union functions, procedures, and policies. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.


Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.) Sit and stand for extended periods of time. Lifting 70-80 pounds. (items include money machine, coolers, office supplies, and other misc. equipment.) Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers. Reach keyboards. Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.). Extensive local travel required, this is a driving position and a company vehicle will be provided. Adequate auto insurance for driving while conducting company business. Maintain a valid driver’s license.


Must be eligible for membership at Idaho Central Credit Union to obtain employment.
