    As a Card Services Analyst your primary function will be to provide business analysis and occasional project management to the Card Department in a specialized manner. Card Analyst’s can also include administration over specific business needs as assigned.




    1. Manage non-member facing projects under the supervision of the Card Services Manager or mentorship of a Card Services Specialist/Assistant.
    2. Work directly with departments throughout the organization to assist in determining card related business requirements, make recommendations for appropriate solutions and develop new processes to achieve improved operational efficiency. This may require use of alternative data collection methods, data organization, data analysis, custom reporting, cost analysis and advanced spreadsheet design.
    3. Coordinate and collaborate with Idaho Central Credit Union team members as well as 3rd party vendors to implement solutions to satisfy card related business needs while maintaining a vision for future needs.
    4. Prepare card related business case proposals and manage project plans including project scope, schedule, resources, budget and risks for the card team.
    5. Manage multiple tasks and small projects concurrently in a fast paced work environment.
    6. Provide support to other Card Specialists/Assistants and Card Services Manager in achieving goals on larger projects.
    7. Write technical policies, procedures, and documentation for card related systems/applications implemented including user guides, troubleshooting guides, etc.
    8. Additional projects as assigned.



    Bachelor Degree required preferably in Business or related field. Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Ability to work with other department supervisors and team members. Project management and technical background preferred, but not required. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of the Credit Union and member records at all times. High level of professionalism. A demonstrated ability to work well with others. Make recommendations to meet the goals and objectives of the Credit Union functions, procedures, and policies. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.


    Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.). Sit for extended periods of time. Lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies (copy paper, computer paper, mail, etc.). Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers. Reach keyboards. Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).
