    Under the direction of the Chief Experience Officer, the Branch Production Analyst will analyze data and make effective recommendations for member facing roles and other back-end groups. 

    Responsibilities

     

    1. Works with CXO to ensure branch production hits and exceeds organizational expectation
    2. Work with department heads and product managers to determine and establish realistic and stretch goals for Branch Performance
    3. Work with department heads and product managers on branch production needs including researching solutions and providing sound recommendations
    4. Works with loan and deposit data to analyze and identify areas of opportunity and provide actionable recommendations
    5. Work with CXO, Director of MCC< Regional AVPs, and Branch Managers to provide relevant communication and educational content
    6. Work with the Members Experience Team to identify NPS needs
    7. Compile, analyze, infer trends and propose recommendations based on several sources of data and information
    8. Coordinate with lending and deposit teams for better understanding of current trends and effective solutions
    9. Work with cross-functional areas and interpret data for business processes, investigate root causes and provide appropriate recommendations based on analysis.

     

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.  2-5 years experience required.  Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint required.  Very proficient in Excel (including pivot tables, vlookup, hlookup, etc.).  Strong project management skills.  Ability to work well under pressure with little supervision.  Prior experience with process improvement/streamlining in an operational or administrative role. 

     

    Naturally inquisitive, not afraid to ask "Why?". Strong analytical, presentation, organizational, and influencing skills with the ability to engage staff at all levels of the organization.  Professional in appearance, attendance, quality, and quantity of work performed. Ability to work under pressure and through conflicting situations.  Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.

     

    Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.) Sit for extended periods of time. Lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies (copy paper, computer paper, mail, etc). Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers. Reach keyboards. Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc).

     

    Must be eligible for membership at Idaho Central Credit Union to obtain employment.
