    As a Administrative Assistant, your primary function is to manage day to day operations, administrative duties, and provide support to the Chief Experience Officer.



    1. Coordinates internal promotion/marketing campaigns
    2. Coordinates schedules for meeting and handles logistical needs of the Member Experience Channel
    3. Research material for projects, reports or other correspondence
    4. Perform administrative and clerical duties for the CSO including covering, screening, managing and prioritizing calls and emails
    5. Manage all swag purchases and inventory, ensuring its available when needed for new hires and events
    6. Compose and prepare various correspondence and PowerPoint presentations, typically in high-pressure situations and under tight deadlines
    7. Handles special projects, reports, and duties as assigned
    8. Coordinate monthly reports
    9. Arrange catering and event planning, working with internal and external vendors
    10. Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, proactively and follow through on projects to successful completion




    Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.  1-3 year's experience required.  Effectively work and communicate with all employees.  Ability to work in a fast paced environment and provide a high level of support to the CXO, AVP's and other senior management members.  Ability to maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records at all times.


    Excellent word processing skills, proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Power Point. Ability to multi-task and learn other duties quickly.  Professional in appearance, attendance, quality, and quantity of work performed.  Ability to work under pressure and through conflicting situations.  Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.


    Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.) Sit for extended periods of time. Lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies (copy paper, computer paper, mail, etc). Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers. Reach keyboards. Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc).


    Must be eligible for membership at Idaho Central Credit Union to obtain employment.
