We are looking for a Application Systems Analyst to be responsible for operations of eCommerce software and related systems. You will analyze and evaluate user problems. You will also assist with all release and upgrade related activities.
A results oriented individual who thrives working in a fast paced environment. Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant work experience required. Preference given for post-secondary degree in computer science/computer information systems, or related field or a combination of related experience and education. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities. Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours. Excellent English oral and written communication skills. Ability to work with other department supervisors. Knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications. Technical experience with enterprise systems, databases, and user support. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of the Credit Union and member records at all times.
High level of professionalism. A demonstrated ability to work well with others. Understand eCommerce systems and implement resolution to problems. Make recommendations to meet the goals and objectives of the Credit Union functions, procedures, and policies. Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution, solve problems and make sound decisions under pressure. Strong organizational skills. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.
Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, etc.) Sit for extended periods of time. Lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies (copy paper, computer paper, mail, etc). Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers. Reach keyboards. Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc).
