    As Director of eCommerce, your responsibility is to collaborate with multiple departments and businesses in all aspects of eCommerce. This is coupled with innovative thinking to bring change and benefit to the Credit Union and its members.  This role will also maintain an emerging technology focus, helping to inform business partners on upcoming opportunities and technologies.

    Responsibilities

    1. Collaboration with eCommerce function stakeholders to manage all aspects of the eCommerce business, including business planning, strategic planning and development, promotional campaigns. This includes input in online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics, and technologies.
    2. Serve as intermediary and primary point of contact for all eCommerce functions and organizations acting as project manager with internal and external teams.
    3. Evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement, and test eCommerce initiatives.
    4. Analyze e-Commerce business needs and develop a product roadmap to support Credit Union goals.
    5. Provide insight and expertise on eCommerce industry standards and practices. Overseeing the implementation of these strategies among various stakeholders.
    6. Oversight of IT System Analyst(s) responsible for e-Commerce systems to ensure these systems are successfully supported enhanced and upgraded as required.
    7. Coordinate system enhancements/upgrades with e-Commerce partner companies and stakeholders.
    8. Identify new areas of eCommerce opportunity not currently employed by the organization.
    9. Continuously improving team’s service level to members.
    10. Direct product ownership of multiple e-Commerce products
    11. Strong analytical skills, experience in interpreting test results, and developing conclusions.
    12. Demonstration of strong business making skills and judgment.
    13. Ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high impact initiatives.

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree required and 4 years management experience over e-Commerce product teams.  Ability to work with other managers in IT and various other departments to reach department goals. Effectively coordinate large scale implementations with third party vendors and internal multi-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of maintaining the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records at all times.

    Ability to fix complex problems and determine appropriate priorities. Attention to detail on many concurrent projects and initiatives. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service. Ability to work without supervision. A demonstrated cooperative and positive attitude toward members and other Credit Union staff. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union. 

    Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, etc.)  Sit for extended periods of time.  Lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies (copy paper, computer paper, mail, etc).  Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers.  Reach keyboards.  Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc).
