    As a Business Development Intern your primary objective is to support Business Development Officers with community events and branch activities.



    1. Assist with set-up and take-down for all events.
    2. Provide Business Development with support during events, business partners, and branch activities.
    3. Assist with the operation, maintenance, and cleanliness of the ICCU money machine and green machine.
    4. Interact with the public in a courteous and professional manner.
    5. Communicate and promote ICCU to others while educating them about our products and services.
    6. Ensure satisfaction to every individual you encounter through courteous, accurate and efficient service.
    7. Maintain a clean storage unit.
    8. Run various errands such as; buying supplies, delivering tickets, branch deliveries, etc.
    9. Be a part of a growing and dynamic team.
    10. Opportunities to grow with Idaho Central Credit Union upon completion of internship.



    High school graduate or GED and current enrollment in college coursework.  Accuracy in all areas. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to determine member needs and promote Credit Union services. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union records.


    Willing to assist the Business Development team with all events as far as gathering all items needed for each event, event set up, event take down and help run the event items that we have on location. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend hours, must have a valid driver’s license to operate our Green Machine. Willing to drive Green Machine as needed to and from events. Must be professional and courteous in manner, with a focus on details, attendance, quality and quantity of work performed.


    Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.  Ability to maintain confidentiality of credit union and member records at all times. 


    Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.)  Sit and stand for extended periods of time.  Lift Lifting 70-80 pounds (items include money machine, coolers, tables, other miscellaneous equipment).  Extensive local travel, this is a driving position and a company vehicle is provided.  Adequate auto insurance for driving while conducting company business.  Maintain a valid drivers license.  Repetitive motion using wrists, and fingers.  Reach keyboards.  Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).


    Must be eligible for membership at Idaho Central Credit Union to obtain employment.
