    As a Deposit Product Manager, you will Analyze market conditions and define deposit product functions and features in order to leverage technology, deliver a superior user experience, drive growth and help the team and Credit Union reach goals.

    Responsibilities

     

    1. Analyze market conditions and competitive position of deposit products and services.
    2. Oversee the effectiveness of ICCU deposit product offerings.
    3. Work with sales teams to drive deposit growth and help the Credit Union reach defined goals and objectives.
    4. Recommend, configure, test and implement approved changes to deposit processes and systems.
    5. Analyze business needs and develop efficient processes to support ICCU growth.
    6. Understand the technology behind origination systems and processes.
    7. Be the voice of the end user and passionately work to improve their experience and fulfill financial needs.
    8. Maintain a roadmap for new product and service offerings.
    9. Understand applicable regulations including compliance.
    10. Assist with documentation and training materials for products and services.
    11. Continuously work to improve service levels.
    12. Manage related team member suggestions.
    13. Additional projects as assigned.

     

     

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred. Ability to work with other departments. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of the Credit Union and member records at all times. Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products, profitability analysis and marketing strategies. Strong project management skills.

     

    High level of professionalism. A demonstrated ability to work well with others. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.  A demonstrated cooperative and positive attitude toward members and other Credit Union staff. Dedicated to serving our internal members and holding team accountable for the Credit Union’s service standard.

     

    Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.)  Sit for extended periods of time.  Lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies (copy paper, computer paper, mail, etc).  Repetitive motion using wrists, and fingers.  Reach keyboards.  Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc).

     

    Must be eligible for membership at Idaho Central Credit Union to obtain employment.
