    As an IT e-Commerce Team Manager, your primary objective is to build and mentor high-performing product owners while owning a product yourself – all coupled with innovative thinking to bring change and benefit to the Credit Union and its members.  This role will also maintain an emerging technology focus, helping to inform business partners on upcoming opportunities and technologies.

    Responsibilities

     

    1. Coaching team to reach goals and objectives of the department and Credit Union.
    2. Analyze e-Commerce business needs and develop a product roadmap to support Credit Union goals.
    3. Oversight of IT System Analyst(s) responsible for e-Commerce systems to ensure these systems are successfully supported enhanced and upgraded as required.
    4. Coordinate system enhancements/upgrades with e-Commerce partner companies.
    5. Project management for large scale implementations.
    6. Continuously improving team’s service level to members.
    7. Direct product ownership of one or more e-Commerce products

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree required and 4 years management experience over e-Commerce product teams.  Ability to work with other managers in IT Department to reach department goals. Effectively coordinate large scale implementations with third party vendors and internal multi-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of maintaining the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records at all times.

     

    Ability to fix complex problems and determine appropriate priorities. Attention to detail on many concurrent projects and initiatives. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service. Ability to work without supervision. A demonstrated cooperative and positive attitude toward members and other Credit Union staff. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.

     

    Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, etc.)  Sit for extended periods of time.  Lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies (copy paper, computer paper, mail, etc).  Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers.  Reach keyboards.  Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc).
