    As a Construction Loan Processor your primary objective is to promptly, efficiently and compliantly gathering necessary documents to complete the construction draw process. This includes processing, funding, handling all draws and modifications throughout the building process. You will work together with Mortgage and Commercial Loan Officers and Underwriters in achieving the goals of the Credit Union.



    1. Process all construction loans, ensuring all required documentation is in the file and accurate. Send all required disclosures following RESPA and Fair Lending requirements.
    2. Manage all draw requests. Including balancing draw requests to lien waivers or invoices.
    3. Analyze budgets against sources and uses of funds to identify exceptions to or changes in conformity to standard monitoring requirements.
    4. Assess compliance with loan documentation to insure loans are within budget and time-frame for project completion.
    5. Manage construction loan files including builder plans and specs, income verifications, assets, cost to build estimates, and site designs.
    6. Communicating with the loan officer, member, builder, inspector and title as necessary in order to receive proper documentation needed for a complete draw. This will also include approving all draws; obtaining appropriate level of approval as necessary.
    7. Coordinate inspection of the project with the Credit Union’s inspectors.
    8. Set-up and maintain internal records keeping loan disbursements and project progress through input to the Credit Union’s monitoring system.
    9. Assist with various mortgage loan and commercial loan duties as required.



    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Excellent communication and people skills with an eye for detail. Have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task in an organized manner. Must take pride in department by processing draw requests in a timely and efficient manner with a high attention to detail. Must be professional and courteous in manner, with a focus on attendance, quality and quantity of work performed. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.


    Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.). Sit for extended periods of time. Lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies (copy paper, computer paper, mail, etc.). Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers. Reach keyboards. Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).


    Must be eligible for membership at Idaho Central Credit Union to obtain employment.
