    At Idaho Central we are Members Serving Members in every aspect of our daily operations. We are currently looking for an Branch Performance Assistant to provide administrative support to Branch Performance, the Financial Service Center and Member Relationship Department.



    1. Collect, organize, and analyze data that is distributed in a meaningful, understandable way
    2. Responsible for maintaining several incentive based data sets compiling data from various systems while maintaining the highest level of accuracy
    3. Troubleshoot errors or discrepancies and provide optimal resolutions.
    4. Research and develop innovative solutions that streamline processes ensuring that the role is able to scale with credit union growth.  
    5. Generate workloads for the Member Relationship Agents including the preparation of leads. 
    6. Perform maintenance on member accounts and administrative/clerical duties as assigned.
    7. Completes and assists with special projects and monthly reports.
    8. Assist Resolution Specialist with front desk duties including checking in visitors and package delivery.
    9. Maintain consistency and accuracy with several routine reports.
    10. Exercises sound judgment to reflect the mission of ICCU and its policies.



    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Must have excellent data processing and computer skills including a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Preference given to candidates that have previous branch experience or an understanding of branch processes. Ability to work under pressure and in an organized manner.  Excellent communication and people skills.  Knowledge of general delinquency management policies.  Understands Credit Union goals and objectives.  Ability in math, 10 key, and computer. Ability to complete work accurately with minimal supervision. Must be detail oriented. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records at all times.


    Excellent word processing skills, proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Power Point. Professional in appearance, attendance, quality, and quantity of work performed. Ability to multi-task and learn other duties quickly. Maintain confidentiality and a positive attitude. Have a general knowledge of all Credit Union functions, procedures, and policies. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.


    Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.). Sit for extended periods of time. Lift 20-40 pounds of applicable supplies including but not limited to copy paper, cash drawers, marketing material, etc. Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers. Reach keyboards. Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).


    Must be eligible for membership at Idaho Central Credit Union to obtain employment.
