As a Digital Account Opening Product Owner you will effectively oversee the growth and development of ICCU’s eCommerce channel.


  1. Responsible for ensuring the growth and profitability of ICCU’s eCommerce channel.
  2. Help the Credit Union achieve growth objectives by coordinating targeted marketing campaigns to increase online platform usage.
  3. Promoting and training of platform features to members and team members.
  4. Creating and maintaining an Executive Dashboard for ICCU’s online solutions.
  5. Supervision of online operations: user experience, process flow, product forms, innovation, etc.
  6. Responsible for internal communication, i.e. bug fixes and new features.
  7. Support the digital roadmap by successfully implementing new features and system enhancements.
  8. Oversee vendor management tasks and system security for applicable systems.
  9. Collaborate with IT System Analyst(s) to ensure upgrades occur as required with minimal risk to ICCU and our members.
  10. Review and report on member and team member enhancement requests for online channel.
  11. Work together with department Manager to determine project plans as necessary.
  12. Manage enterprise software implementation project including quality assurance.
  13. Oversee day-to-day relationships with solution vendors and ICCU. 



A results oriented individual who thrives working in a fast paced environment. Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years related experience required. Preference given for post-secondary degree in Computer Science/Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities. Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours. Excellent English oral and written communication skills. Ability to work with other department supervisors.  Knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications. Technical experience with enterprise systems, databases, and user support. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of the Credit Union and member records at all times.


High level of professionalism. A demonstrated ability to work well with others. Understand eCommerce systems and implement resolution to problems.  Make recommendations to meet the goals and objectives of the Credit Union functions, procedures, and policies. Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution, solve problems and make sound decisions under pressure. Strong organizational skills.  Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.


Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.). Sit for extended periods of time. Lift 20-40 pounds of applicable supplies including but not limited to copy paper, cash drawers, marketing material, etc. Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers. Reach keyboards. Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).
