As a Mortgage Post-Close Processor your primary function is to prepare closing document packages, review HUD1 settlement statements, fund loans, and ship loan files to our investors.
College degree is preferred. Excellent data processing and computer skills with an eye for detail. Ability to work under pressure and in an organized manner. Excellent communication and people skills. Ability to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks on a daily basis.
Must take pride in department by working in a timely and efficient manner with a high attention to detail. Must be professional and courteous in manner, with a focus on attendance, quality and quantity of work performed. Must be willing to comply with federal and state regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act.
Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.). Sit for extended periods of time. Lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies (copy paper, computer paper, mail, etc.). Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers. Reach keyboards. Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).
