The primary area of responsibility is to manage the ICCU Workstation Team and all of the ICCU workstations, plus related equipment. Responsibilities

  1. Manage and motivate staff to hit goals, be part of the culture and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Manage system and software procurement process, ensuring software and equipment are ordered in a timely and quality manner.
  3. Manage implement and maintain all aspects of the ICCU workstation systems and peripherals.
  4. Manage, implement, and maintain all audio visual equipment.
  5. Ensure that policies and procedures are followed and updated as necessary
  6. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or Business Management. Ability to communicate with Executive Management, Credit Union personnel and communicate effectively through customized reports. 3+ years of management/supervisor experience. 5+ years of IT or related field experience. Security+ or equivalent certification. Ability to maintain confidentiality of Credit Union and member records at all times.

 

Ability to fix problems and determine appropriate priorities. Attention to detail on many concurrent projects and initiatives. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service. Ability to work without supervision. A demonstrated cooperative and positive attitude toward members and other Credit Union staff. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.

 

Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, etc.). Sit for extended periods of time. Lift 20-40 pounds of computer equipment. Ability to work all hours of the day on-site and remote. Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers. Reach keyboards. Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).

 

Must be eligible for membership at Idaho Central Credit Union to obtain employment.
