As a Product Owner you will be an owner of ICCU's digital account opening platform and all integrated solutions.

  1. Supervision of digital account opening platform operations: user experience, process flow, product forms, innovation, etc.
  2. Creating and maintaining an Executive Dashboard for digital account opening channel.
  3. Responsible for internal communication on digital account opening platform i.e. bug fixes and new features.
  4. Support the digital account opening platform roadmap by successfully implementing new features and system enhancements.
  5. Overseeing vendor management tasks and system security for all digital account opening solutions.
  6. Collaborate with IT System Analyst(s) responsible for digital account opening systems to ensure upgrades occur as required with minimal risk to ICCU and our members.
  7. Review and report on member and team member enhancement requests for digital account opening platform. Work together with eCommerce Product Manager to determine roadmap assignment as necessary.
  8. Manage enterprise software implementation project including quality assurance.
  9. Manage day-to-day relationship with digital account opening vendors and ICCU.
  10. Help the Credit Union achieve growth objectives by coordinating targeted marketing campaigns to increase accounts opened using the digital account opening solution.


Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s Degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years related experience. Ability to work well with others in IT Department to reach department goals. Effectively coordinate large scale implementations with third party vendors and internal multi-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of maintaining the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records at all times.


Product Owner ensures a positive work environment. Responsible for digital account opening platform adoption and functionality. A demonstrated cooperative and positive attitude toward members and other Credit Union team members. Dedicated to serving our internal members and accountable for the Credit Union’s service standard. Professional in appearance, attendance, quality, and quantity of work performed. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.


Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, etc.)  Sit for extended periods of time.  Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers.  Reach keyboards.  Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).
