As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will be responsible for the technical aspects and enhancements of the enterprise data warehouse and data lake. You also will translate data and analysis into usable and informative BI solutions which produce accurate business critical reports and dashboards.

Post-secondary degree in computer science/computer information systems, and including related experience. Ability to work with and communicate with all Credit Union personnel in the various departments. Ability to maintain confidentiality of Credit Union and member records at all times. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities. Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours. Excellent English oral and written communication skills. Ability to work with other department supervisors. Knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications. Technical experience with enterprise systems, databases, and user support. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. A demonstrated cooperative and positive attitude toward members and other Credit Union staff. Be able to diagnose problems. Professional in appearance, attendance, quality, and quantity of work performed. Ability to work without supervision. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.
Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, typing, etc.) Sit for extended periods of time. Lift 20-40 pounds of office computer equipment and supplies (PCs, Monitors, Printers, etc.) Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers. Reach keyboards. Ability to operate basic office machines (computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).
