Each branch is staffed with a Manager, Assistant Manager, Financial Services Officers and Member Service Specialists. At Idaho Central we are Members Serving Members in every aspect of our daily operations. As a Roving Manager you are expected to effectively develop the knowledge necessary for managing all areas of the branch including but not limited to Operations, lending, training, coaching and Business Development. You will train to become Branch Manager. The ability to speak Spanish is preferred for this position.

  1. Accelerated learning of branch operations and management.
  2. Learn and perform branch functions including MSS and FSO duties.
  3. Develop teamwork and cooperation of personnel to meet goals.
  4. Project management to ensure attainment of key goals and initiatives.
  5. Provide coaching and development to team members.
  6. Ability to understand financial services and cash handling.
  7. Provide outstanding service to credit union membership and internal team members.
  8. Effectively perform and coach to needs-based selling.
  9. Ability to travel to other branch locations to learn and provide coverage as needed.


Spanish speaking is preferred. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. The ability to work with other branch supervisors. Ability to supervise personnel within the department/branch. Ability to effectively work and communicate with Senior Management. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records at all times.


Be able to insure the smooth operation of branch and quality service to the membership. Professional in appearance, attendance, quality, and quantity of work performed. Knowledge of all Credit Union functions, procedures, and policies. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union. Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.). Perform tasks requiring using a ladder and various tools. Sit for extended periods of time. Lift 20-40 pounds (office supplies, furniture, tree branches, etc.). Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers. Reach keyboards. Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).


Must be eligible for membership at Idaho Central Credit Union to obtain employment.
